Over the past five years, the average resignation rate of Formosa Plastics Group was 2.7%. Among all, the average resignation rate of Formosa Plastics Corporation, Nan Ya Plastics Corporation, Formosa Chemicals & Fibre Corporation, Formosa Petrochemical Corporation, and Group Administration was only 1.5%. Compared with other traditional manufacturing, petrochemical, and electronic parts industries, FPG has a lower resignation rate, which fully demonstrates FPG's efforts in caring for employees and providing job security. It also shows that employees have enormous confidence about FPG's management and can identify with it highly as well.

Turnover rate (including retirement, death, and etc) is less than 3%
Over the last five years, the turnover rate of the group was lower than 6.1%. The turnover rate of Formosa Plastics Corporation, Nan Ya Plastics Corporation, Formosa Chemicals & Fibre Corporation, Formosa Petrochemical Corporation, and Group Administration is lower than 3%. FPG's turnover rate in general is lower than that of other companies in the same industries.

Employee Welfare

A management office in each factory area is responsible for logistics support and employee welfare affairs. In addition, the Employee Welfare Committee, established according to law, is responsible for holding employee trips and arranging annual gifts, birthday gifts, scholarships for employees' children, group insurances, entertainment activities, and subsidies for clubs, in order to attend to the needs of employees. Currently, FPG has implemented a number of employee benefits and preferential measures that are superior to statutory requirements, including below:

Leave Benefits

FPG provides annual leaves, marital leaves, bereavement leaves, official leaves, occupational injury leaves, paternity leaves, maternity leaves, sick leaves, menstrual leaves, personal leaves, family care leaves, relocation leaves, leaves for employees in Vietnam, pandemic prevention leaves and so on. The pay standards for sick leaves, bereavement leaves for certain relatives, and typhoon leaves are superior to statutory requirements.

Insurance Benefits

In addition to labor insurance and national health insurance, the Employee Welfare Committee of each factory area provides casualty insurance and medical insurance. Or employees are offered a variety of group insurance policies with discounted premiums, such as casualty insurance, medical insurance, and cancer insurance, so that they can freely select more comprehensive insurance plans.

Post-employment benefits

FPG makes monthly contributions to employees' pension funds and retirement reserves. Pensions will be paid when the employees meet the statutory conditions of retirement. Also, retirement souvenirs will be given.

●When an employee or his/her relatives gets married/passes away, a cash gift/funeral donation will be given.

●Lactation rooms are provided in plants for breastfeeding during working hours.
