Chen Yuan-Cheng, Chair of Formosa Ha Tinh Steel Corporation, pushed the blower button of No. 2 Blast Furnace at 16:58 on May 18th. At 17:10 on May 19th (Vietnam Time), the blast furnace successfully started and produced molten iron; the operations were stable.
