Multiple Learning Channels
E-learning and knowledge base management system
We began developing the e-learning system in coordination with our business plans in 2000 to provide employees with diverse self-learning channels. There are over 1,000 courses in the e-learning database. We also established a learning website as an online learning channel to update the latest knowledge. The e-newsletters was started in April 2005, including course materials, new book introductions and lectures for technical courses, so that workers can learn online whenever they are available.
Knowledge Management System
Furthermore, the knowledge base management system was launched in 2000, as a platform to share different systems or inspire instructive knowledge within FPG, Employees could access the system any time and share with co-workers, so that the valuable knowledge can be passed on. There are currently over 23,000 entries of data in 15 categories based on function categories.
