Executive Member Ruey-Yu Wang of FPG Executive Management Committee is also the chairperson of Wang Chang-Gung Charity Trust. Seeing that children are the future and underprivileged children are already behind when they start off, she hopes to help the children, improve their lives, and allow them to stably go to school, so that they can bravely face future challenges, and thus instructed the implementation of the Development Support Program for Children and Teenagers from Vulnerable Families in 2013.

The "Development Support Program for Children and Teenagers from Vulnerable Families" was jointly implemented by FPG, Wang Chang-Gung Charity Trust, and CHING PAO P.D. Charitable Foundation together with New Taipei City Government Social Affairs Bureau, and subsidizes the expenses of underprivileged children under the age of 12 for going to school and as they grow up. The project was expanded in 2019 due to its excellent results, and is working with 7 counties/cities (New Taipei City, Taoyuan City, Kaohsiung City, Changhua County, Yilan County, Hualien County, and Chiayi County.) As of 2022, the project has donated NT$56.36 million and benefited 7,281 people. Underprivileged families living in Ankang and Fumin Low-Income Housing in Taipei City became eligible for subsidies in the second half of 2022, helping underprivileged children gain resources for stable care and allow the children to growth up healthily.

Wang Chang-Gung Charity Trust was established with donations from Mr. Yung-Ching Wang, founder of FPG in 2002. Since the trust was established, it has collaborated with government and non-government organizations in many projects to care for the underprivileged, such as the "Rural Area English Proficiency Improvement Project," "Junior High School Skills Education Project," "Homeless Services Project," "Orphan Scholarship Program (assists children who have lost one or both parents to stably go to school)," and "Underprivileged Junior High School Student Nutritious Breakfast Project (collaborated with junior high schools in rural areas to provide breakfast for underprivileged students, so that they can focus on their studies)." The trust strives to provide proper care for all people in the surrounding environment, and spread love to more corners of the world.

FPG, Wang Chang-Gung Charity Trust and Wang Jhan-Yang Social Welfare Foundation began implementing the Early Intervention Service Efficacy Enhancement Program in 2006, and strive to improve the quality of institutions, professional abilities of personnel, and parents' understanding of intervention. As of 2021, the program has benefited over 28,000 children with development delay and input over NT$880 million. The program not only significantly improved the quality and capacity of Taiwan's early intervention service, but also provides institutions and front line early intervention service personnel with an opportunity to grow and learn practices, driving the improvement of Taiwan's early intervention service.

CHING PAO P.D. Charitable Foundation was established with a donation from Mr. Yung-Ching Wang, founder of FPG, based on the concept to take from society and give back to society. The foundation was established for social welfare and charity, and hopes that underprivileged youth will enjoy equal opportunity to education. It further takes care of the elderly, children, and youth, provides services to the underprivileged, and gives back to society.

Taoyuan City Government currently has 20 community care locations and long-term care locations and 10 family service locations. The refrigerators used to preserve ready-to-serve food is old and lost its cooling function, which is a health concern. Hence, CHING PAO P.D. Charitable Foundation donated NT$1.35 million to Taoyuan Department of Social Welfare to purchase 30 refrigerators, so the elderly people and underprivileged children and youth served by these locations will have access to healthy and safe food. Apart from the donations above, long-term projects include the "CHING PAO P.D. Charitable Foundation Scholarship Program for Low-income Students (help high school students from low-income families to stably go to school)," " CHING PAO P.D. Charitable Foundation (social welfare institution) Part-time Work Subsidy Program (provides part-time work opportunities at social welfare institutions, so that they can support themselves)," "Active Aging Center Program (encourages elderly people to engage in self-health management and active aging)," "Elderly Housing Improvement and Home Appliance Subsidy Program (lowers hidden risks at home and improves quality of life of elderly people)," "1919 Food Bank Daily Necessities Donation Program (lifts the burden on underprivileged families and improves their quality of life)," "Rural Area Student Subsidy Program (helps prevent underprivileged students from dropping out due to economic factors," "Rural Area Talent Cultivation Project (subsidizes underprivileged students with excellent grades to pursue further education)," "Holiday Cash Gift Subsidy Program for Low-income Families," and "Emergency Relief Program for Citizens." The projects have all produced excellent results.

Furthermore, to help underprivileged students in rural areas improve their learning environment, and give them more opportunities to learn and grow, the foundation began implementing an after-school care program for underprivileged students in Taitung in 2021, providing guidance in school studies, culture and life education, and sports skills courses. The program not only helps underprivileged students receive proper care, but also build confidence and instill them with concepts so that they will take action to give back to society. The program assisted 103 students in 6 schools the first year, and gained the approval and recognition of the principal, teachers, students, and parents. The program continued to be implemented in 2022, besides increasing the number of collaborating schools in Taitung County to 11 schools, the program will be further expanded to Nantou and Hualien to benefit even more students.

In the future, CHING PAO P.D. Charitable Foundation will continue to uphold the philosophy take from society and give back to society, and will continue to understand what society needs, care for and assists underprivileged groups, and engages in charity, extending the reach of care to every corner where it is needed.
