The 1111 Job Bank organized the “Happy Enterprise” voting event and more than 2 million people participated. FPG, FPC, Nanya, Formosa Chemicals & Fibre, and Formosa Petrochemical were awarded the “Gold Award” in the 2021 Manufacturing Happy Enterprise awards. The 1111 Job Bank hosted the awards ceremony today (November 11th) at the Sheraton Grand Taipei Hotel. Representatives from different industries, the Executive Yuan, Ministry of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Labor, Ministry of Science and Technology and other organizations participated in the event.

For more than 60 years, FPG has been dedicated to the pursuit of better business performance. The company has worked together with its vast number of employees and shared the gains with them too. Employees are given raises almost every year and the year-end bonuses equal 4.5 months of salary on average. The company provides the most realistic care to its thousands of employees and their families.
