[Helping an inmate is helping a family] The Sunny Program of FPG and Wang Jhan-Yang Charitable Trust

FPG has been involved in education at correctional facilities for years, and Wang Jhan-Yang Social Welfare Foundation began implementing the Rainbow Program for HIV positive inmates with drug addiction in Yunlin Second Prison, Taipei Prison, and Kaohsiung Prison in 2006. Due to the good implementation results, Wang Jhan-Yang Charitable Trust extended its efforts and implemented the Sunny Program for inmates imprisoned for drug crimes in Yunlin Second Prison and Kaohsiung Prison in 2011. The program was expanded to Tainan Prison, Kaohsiung Women's Prison, and Hualien Prison in 2017.
