Yin and Yang in the palm of your hand, tour of glove puppet theater

Mr. Yung-Tsai Wang, one of the founders of FPG, made a donation to establish Wang Jhan-Yang Charitable Trust in memory of his mother Wang Jhan-Yang, and the purpose of the trust is to give back to society. The Development Program for Taiwan's Characteristic Cultures implemented in 2011 sponsored Ming Hwa Yuan Arts & Cultural Group, I Wan Jan Puppet Theater, Paperwindmill Theatre, Ifkids Theatre Studio, and Dalongdong Golden Lion Dance Group, and organized performances in schools and social welfare institutions in rural areas of New Taipei City, Taoyuan, Miaoli, Changhua, Yunlin, Chiayi, Tainan, Kaohsiung, Yilan, and Hualien. Nearly 300 performances have been organized with nearly 300,000 viewers as of 2017.

The program aims to help Taiwan's characteristic cultures strike root and be passed down through long-term sponsorship, providing support for local art troupes to achieve sustainable development. The program also gives families and children in rural areas the opportunity to see high quality performances, broadening their cultural perspectives and educate themselves in the arts.
